Treatment for Vaginal Dryness

Over half of the women between the ages of 40-59 suffer from vaginal dryness at some point. In fact, vaginal dryness is one of the most common symptoms of menopause.

This directly affects the female libido and causes painful intercourse. If this symptom is left untreated, many problems can follow. A lack of sexual satisfaction can add a lot of stress to any relationship. Fortunately, for most women, there are a number of simple and inexpensive natural remedies available.

Causes vaginal dryness

During menopause the level of estrogen declines, which causes thinning and dryness of the vaginal wall. This is the most common cause of vaginal dryness. A reduction in muscle tone and slower arousal time are also important factors.

Emotional issues from feeling depressed or under stress, which may be best helped by counseling. Unresolved problems in your relationships can also cause a lack of arousal and vaginal dryness. No herbal remedy can take the place of resolving matters with your loved ones, but the remedies mentioned here can certainly help with your physical symptoms.

Medical conditions, such as disease can be the underlying cause for vaginal dryness. If your dryness is severe or you do not respond to the simple natural remedies at all, check with your physician for medical advice.

What can be done about vaginal dryness?

As with most natural remedies, you need to be patient. Most of these remedies take a week or two to take effect. You will be happy you took the time!

Drink plenty of water! It is surprising how little clear water most people actually drink during the day. There may be a lot of coffee, tea, juice, soda, sports drinks, vitamin water, etc., consumed; but very little simple water. We should be drinking 8-10 cups a day. At first that seems like a lot, but you quickly get used to it. The water does many marvelous things. It cleanses the system of toxins, speeds your metabolism, and helps lubricate the body, including the vagina.

Look at what you eat. Be sure to include soy and flax seed. These are both good sources of Phytoestrogens. Eat foods that help your body produce the necessary hormones. Dieting can be a major cause of hormonal imbalance, and many women suffer from this.

Take a high excellence vitamin or mineral supplement. Even with proper nutrition from a healthy diet, it is advisable to supplement your nutrition with vitamins and minerals. This helps to ensure that nothing is missing.

Use an own lubricant. This might seem so obvious that it is not worth mentioning, but many women just do not give it a try. This is too bad, because there are many benefits from such a simple remedy. The lubricant can be used to moisten the vagina before intercourse, as well as before bed. For many women, this has made a huge difference in their female libido and enjoyment of intercourse.

Phytotherapy is highly recommended to treat vaginal dryness. By treating the dryness at a cellular level, the underlying cause is often addressed and helped. There are numerous herbal formulas available just for this purpose.

Some Tips to Increase Sperm Count- Healthy Information
It is really obvious when it comes to infertility issues, so there are many myths and misnomers out there to be avoided. Avoided because fertility myths that typically discourage trying-to-conceive couples with discouraging (or simply frightening) misinformation. Among the some most common myths? That it's mostly the woman who is just to blame for infertility problems or delays in conceiving a baby.

The fact is that about half of all infertility obstacles are contributed by men.

A second common (male) fertility myth is that sperm health is just about the numbers - or sperm count. And while a healthy sperm count is that a vital dimension of male fertility, there are so clearly many other physiological factors (called sperm parameters) that are just equally important. Let's get clear up these myths and see what one can do to improve male fertility health - as well as the sperm counts.

Increasing Sperm Counts Just as with the female fertility, male fertility is quite complex - and there are so many variables impacting sperm health. Let's get first look at sperm count and then we'll examine other key male fertility parameters - including sperm motility and the morphology.

Sperm count is the number (or concentration) of sperm that really should be present/measurable in a given sample. The World Health Organization provides guidelines go for a healthy sperm count. The benchmark for a "normal" count is to 20 million sperm per milliliter - given a total semen volume of 2 ml. That goes equates to a total number of sperm per/sample of 40 million.

Timing Intercourse and Sperm Counts Most doctors just recommend that trying-to-conceive couples have sex regularly, even when its not that your "fertile time" of the month. However, in some cases of documented sperm count issues, time is a variable. Why? Time is a vital factor - as is the frequency of sex - because it takes some time for sperm to both mature and/or accumulate. Thus, sperm counts that can be boosted by simply increasing the time interval

Beyond Numbers: Other Sperm Parameters while sperm count is clearly very important, numbers are not everything. Sperm must only be able to swim in a sustained, forward manner. They must be usually shaped. And they must surely exhibit metabolic attributes that promote longevity, speed, or endurance.

Sperm motility is fundamentally defined as the capacity for sperm to propel themselves in a forward direction for a sustained period of time. No matter what the counts here, if sperm are not motile - or do not have the metabolic qualities that to sustain normal motility - then they will normally not be able to make the long journey required to reach and fertilize an egg?

The origin of problems to these three fundamental sperm parameters (count, motility, and shape) may be diverse that - from hardwired genetic issues to the nutritional deficiencies to stress, smoking, or previous infections. So now we have been identified the parameters and the problems, let's examine possible solutions.

Ways to Increase Sperm Counts

• Regular exercise is also a full-size part of a healthy lifestyle and it will reduce stress hormones that may damage sperm. Getting in the shape is good idea for fertility in general for both women and men. At the same time, over-exercise that can be detrimental, and in particular to avoid any exercises that my impact or stress the testicles. If you're an avid cycler, then make sure you don't ride too much.

• Consider to take supplements like FertilAid for Men. When it comes to sperm health, minerals like zinc & selenium, amino acids like l-carnitine, and antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E are very vital to sperm health. L-carnitine is particularly very important for sperm motility. A recent clinical study also revealed that FertilAid increased both sperm motility and count.

LEUCODERMA - Disease for what you have to know about
Definition :

Leucoderma is presence of the whitish or depigmented patches on an otherwise normal skin. It is actually a cosmetic problem and, generally, does not affect any internal organic functions or metabolism.

Leucoderma is in fact a rare skin disease characterized by white spots and patches. The white patch or spot all there is called as leucoderma and when it occurs without any preceding disease it is called Vitiligo.

Leucoderma in the  literal term means white skin. This kind of condition is actually mistaken for another skin disease i.e. leprosy.Under this skin condition, some certain parts of the skin gradually lose color leaving behind white patches. This occurs just due to loss of melanin, a dark pigment which gives color to skin. It may go begin with a small patch but slowly and steadily spreads throughout the whole  body. This is not a very dangerous or contagious skin disease. The actual cause is still unknown though numerous studies have been conducted right on the subject. Some of the perceived causes are emotional stress and  hereditary factors, worms, sunburns and physical illness. This skin condition can be evenly aggravated due to diseases like hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, pernicious anemia and Addison's disease.

In most cases, it is totally idiopathic (specific causative factor cannot be detected).

The patches are associated with itching, and the occasional redness.

The patches increase in size and in the intensity (40-60% of the total body skin is depigmented in some cases).

The condition may do lead to malignancy of the melanin, which is the coloring pigment of the skin.

Suggestions :

Local application of some oils extracted from the seeds of Bakuchi (). But it should be only detoxified and purified before use.

Powdered purified corals (Rasamanikya) and animal horn (Mrigashrunga) in a 250-mg dosage, thrice in day..

Men Skin Care Products

It sometimes seems that companies are reluctant to offer men skin care products that are truly effective. Companies seem happier to offer chemical based products that smell and sound good but offer very little in the way of results. Today we will look at some ingredients in male skin care products that actually work.

Something you do not hear enough about is all natural skin care for men. Certainly there are companies that have natural scents and even some natural ingredients, but in order to find a truly effective product, it needs to contain only natural ingredients. Chemical based products are simply never going to provide the results people are looking for.

After some research, I have compiled a list of ingredients available over the internet that provides visible and lasting results for men. The products contain only natural ingredients, and each ingredient has been proven through meticulous research to be effective.

The first ingredient is called Phytessence Wakame. This is an extract of kelp from the Japanese Sea. Wakame is an antioxidant that has many benefits for the skin. In addition to the free radical destroying properties that come with containing antioxidants, Phytessence Wakame also prevents the breakdown of Hyaluronic acid in the skin. With regular use of this ingredient, your Hyaluronic acid levels will be restored to those that were present when you were still in your youth. This means that the elasticity of your skin will be restored. Phytessence Wakame also helps heal and soothe dry and irritated skin.

The second ingredient is Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10. The name may be long, but the results are phenomenal. This ingredient provides maximum removal of free radicals from the skin. The antioxidant properties of this patented "nano-emulsion" form of coenzyme Q10 are able to penetrate through all seven layers of the skin. This results in a very dramatic and noticeable anti-wrinkle effect.

Last is an ingredient called Kaolin. Kaolin is an extract of clay from the foothills of the New Zealand Alps. This ingredient gently pulls dirt and grime away from the skin while removing excess oil. The disinfectant properties in Kaolin also help heal blemishes and inflammation while preventing new blemishes from occurring.

The development of ingredients like these helps to prove that there are companies who care about offering men skin care that will actually help them. While not available in stores, these products can be obtained over the internet. The benefit of not buying these products in the stores is that they are less expensive, as the price does not have to add in store profits. This passes the savings to the consumer and leaves more money for companies to invest in research and developing new products.

Natural skin care for men is simply the most effective way to get healthy skin. The results of products containing ingredients like those listed above are spectacular. I encourage you to look into such products today. There is no better investment you can make in the health of your skin.
