Cake with Peppermint:

For 12 portions:

 

Put cooking oil into a bundt pan and leave aside. Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:

 

2 Teaspoons baking soda 6 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Cup white sugar half teaspoon salt 1 tbs. spoon cornstarch 2 Cups all-purpose flour

 

In another bowl whisk:

 

One tablespoon peppermint extracts 1 3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 Cup canola oil 1 tablespoon vanilla.

 

Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake it for about 60 minutes at 325F.
